I agree to let the therapist(s) or Bindee Yoga LLC representatives know of any physical limitations I might have, or any physical activities I do not wish to participate in.

Assumption of Risk: I understand that using a sauna involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, and other health-related issues. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the sauna.
